We are a Music Label, Publishing, and Distribution Company. Our first steps in the music industry started in 2016 with YouTube channels, through which we promoted the artists. Over time, it became necessary to help protect artists' rights because they often were not protected or violated. So we launched the Kingsmen Records label, after which we began cooperating with various leading distribution companies. We often had to use the services of different companies because none of the platforms had the full service we needed. In the meantime, there was a need to create a platform where all the necessary services would be collected in one space, so we are currently working on our next-generation web platform to be launched in 2024.

Our goal is to create a space where artists and labels can independently and easily manage the complex processes that accompany the music industry.

• Ownership Checking

Before a release delivery, we review the metadata and content; the process may take 1-2 business days. We check:

1. The authenticity of the rights.
2. Restriction status on YouTube Content ID
3. Music Type

• Negotiations

At this point, the label and the artist agree on release details, revenue sharing, and the types of contracts according to which their future activities will be conducted.

• Sing with the contract.

Kingsman Records mobilizes the necessary data for the contract, which is formed between the parties.

• Set up the release.

The label compiles all the necessary metadata for the release and creates the album cover if necessary.

• Go Live

You will receive an email about the release status.

To submit the music to Paid Promotion, you must fill out the Submission Form, where you can select the promoter channels.

• Review

The selected promoter evaluates the received application and decides whether to start cooperation or not. The review process may take 1-4 business days.

• Negotiations

At this point, the promoter and the applicant agree on promotion details and service fees.

You will receive an email about the promotion status.

• Open Account

To open an account, you need to fill out the registration form. The review process may take approximately 1-3 business days. Approved applications will get access to the Kingsmen Studio platform, where you can manage the entire distribution process:

1. Set up the release and revenue splits.
2. Manage artists (For Label).
3. View daily sales, trends, and analytics.
4. Receive statements and payments.

To set up the release, you must meet the technical requirements specified on the platform, be the content owner, and not infringe any third-party rights.

Note. The release date must be set at least seven days after the release is configured.

Advance Payments empower artists to request funds based on their track streams. To qualify, users must satisfy certain criteria.

Artists can request advances based on the total streams of their tracks on Spotify. These tracks should have maintained an average of at least 10,000 streams daily over the past three months.
